Ground beef and Italian sausage with a special sauce and seasonings, covered with melted mozzarella cheese and served on a delicious toasted Italian roll. 

Serving Gizmos, beef burgers, hot dogs, lemonade, and more, Carl's Gizmo is a favorite for fair-goers at both the Iowa State Fair and the Minnesota State Fair.  

Carl Cardamon opened Carl's Concessions in 1946, and the stand is owned and operated today by his daughter Carla, and her husband Kirby.
